Cuyahoga County Public Library
Public Relations Coordinator - Oct. 1993 to Sept. 2000
Guided the planning,
coordination and recruitment of volunteers for library participation in
community events for the 8th biggest library system in the
nation. Crafted press releases, internal and external newsletters; and,
coordinated direct mail projects and paid advertisements. Served as an
integral member of a campaign team which led to the passage of a library
levy. Developed and implemented a crisis communications plan and customer
service training initiative.
